At Josie Kleinitz Photography & Fine Art, we are committed to providing a transparent and customer-friendly returns and exchanges process. Please read our terms carefully and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Credits and Exchanges
If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer a store credit for the full amount or a refund (excluding the shipping costs incurred) within 30 days of receiving your items. The following steps must be followed to initiate a return or exchange:

Contact Us: Email us at josie@josiekleinitzphotography.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Return Shipping: Arrange for return shipping, ensuring the item is insured for its full value and is trackable.

Item Condition: Return the item in its original condition and packaging.
Please Note:

Shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are exchanging for another item, a new shipping charge will apply.

Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Refunds
We offer refunds on artworks within 30 days of receiving your items, provided the artwork is undamaged and returned in its original packaging (insured for its full value). Limited edition artworks are eligible for returns, but please contact us if you are uncertain about your decision.

Digital downloads are non-refundable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. If you wish to return an item after this point, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Damaged Goods
If you receive a damaged item or one that has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 48-hours of receiving your package at josie@josiekleinitzphotography.com. We will assess the issue and arrange for a resolution, such as a replacement or repair.

Photography Services
If you’re dissatisfied with your photos, you are welcome to book a new session. We do not offer a free reshoot unless there are extenuating circumstances that justify one.
Warranty
All artworks are crafted from premium materials. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you find a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase, we will either repair or replace the item (at our discretion), provided the item is returned in its original condition. Please ensure you follow the provided care instructions.
Please Note:

General wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.

The warranty only covers manufacturing faults, not damages caused by mishandling.

Return Shipping Policy
For all returns, the following applies:

Return shipping must be insured for its full value and sent via a trackable method.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and customs duties, taxes, or levies associated with the return shipment.

Josie Kleinitz Photography & Fine Art is not responsible for any customs fees or import duties incurred in your country. Please be aware of your country’s customs protocols before placing your order.
