Among Giants
Among Giants is what it feels like to stand in the company of something ancient and realise that being small within it is not a diminishment but rather a position you belong to.
We came around a bend in the track and these eucalypts simply flooded into view. Tall, straight, and at first apparently identical. Then, as I moved closer, the differences emerged. Every trunk carries its own bark patterns, its own stripping, its own history written in the variations between lighter and darker tones. Each one occupies its own space without intruding on its neighbour. Each one grows its own way toward the light, with branches so minimal they seem to understand they are not competing for what the tree beside them needs.
This was one of the first images in the walk where I felt my confidence return, where I felt I had settled into my eye and my surroundings and knew what I was doing. I deliberately filled the entire frame with the trunks, cutting off the tops and bottoms, making the image a fragment of something too large to contain. Because that is what it was: one small portion of a forest too enormous to be fully held in any frame.
Among Giants is for the person who sometimes confuses being part of something larger than themselves with being less than they are. You are not diminished by the company of giants. You are among them. And that is exactly where you are supposed to be.

As 2024 passes, turning to a new page on my Tara Bulga edition is a monthly highlight in my world. So excited to see the release of the 2025 calendar. Once again you've captured stunning images to brighten my kitchen for another year.
These calendars are stunning. This is my second year purchasing and I can easily say it will not be my last. The quality is spectacular, the photos are beautiful and the time taken on each one shows. I have purchased 3x 2024 calendars to have them surrounding me, one in the home office, one on display in reception at work and one as a gift for my parent's house. If you are ever stuck needing something for someone who has everything, these calendars should be at the top of your list.
Absolutely in awe of the Rainforest Reverie A3 2024 Calendar! The Tara Bulga rainforest photos are beyond stunning - each month feels like a journey into nature's beauty in the comfort of my space. The exceptional quality does not disappoint. Highly recommend! 🌿📆✨
